Sessions

I work face to face at a home-based therapy room in Flore, a small Northamptonshire village. There is plenty of parking at the property. I also work online (usually via Zoom).

In the main, sessions take place weekly, at the same time and last 50-55 minutes.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone/video call before arranging the first session. This is a chance for you to meet me and find out if you would like to come for a first session. It's also an opportunity for me to share some details with you about how I work.

Sessions are offered during the working day: Wednesday-Friday. I also offer a limited number of online evening slots across the week.

Fees

Sessions cost £50, payable by bank transfer.

Concessionary rates are available if required - please ask.

Cancelled sessions require 48 hours’ notice not to incur a fee - exceptional circumstances will always be taken into account.
